Team Tournamanet Results

The third anual LPT Team Tournament was yet another great success. It was a fun competitive night. Team Kent Kounty Konnection took first place for the second time in three years. They dominated the event, no other team was able to cath them after the 3rd round. All In Cartel came in second place.

LPT NL Holdem Game # 8

On April 30th, the eight leg of the race was played. For those of you who started on blue table downstairs, it was an entertaining one. The hand of the hour was 4-2. Every single time this hand was played it won. It had to be at least 7-8 times. When the hand wasn't played, it would've won, right Scott???

Stefane managed to take down Sue heads up for the win. Kent and Dango take podium finishes with 3rd and 4th.

Stats: Unfortunatly, we are having problems with some of the Stats. Aside from the final table and Mel... We don't know where people finished.
Luckily we got the important stats which will bare no effect on Player of Year award, final table stats, money won, etc...
If you remember where you finished, you can email the league with your position and we can add it.

Bad Beat Jackpot, was not won. Next game we're looking at around $250.

LPT FINALS Game

Don't miss the May 21st finals. The buy in is $75 if you've played 4 games or less, for every game you've played (if 5 or more) you take $5 off each game you've played. Example; if you played 8 games 8x$5= 40. $75-40= $35.

A rough estimate of of the total amount of money to be won would probably be between $3700-$4200. We will forward a list of players with what your buy-in would be.

Player of the Year Showdown: This year as been a bit unsual for POY. It will be only a 3-person race only for the Finals. Marcel has a the lead with 57 points

For Marcel to win POY:

If Tim wins the Finals, Marcel needs to make at least 2 pts (9th or better)
If Stefane wins the Finals, Marcel needs to make at least 3 pts (8th or better)
If Stefane finishes second, Marcel needs to make at least 1 pts (10th or better)
If Stefane doesn't finish 1 or 2. OR if Tim doesn't win, Marcel wins POY
