The Lewisville Poker Tour was established is 2005 by an assembled team of seven players calling themselves TNT (Team Nevertilt). The league had a monthly No Limit Hold’em game plus a final main event championship. Averaging about 15-20 players during Season one, the league has been growing ever since in all aspects; participation, skills, prize pools and tournament variety.
Presently the league operates on a point system with (8) NL Hold’em Tournaments, (1) NL Omaha Hi-Low Tournament, (1) Heads-Up Tournament and NL Hold’Em FINALS Event. Players rack up points for making the final tables and our Player of the Year wins free buy-ins for the next LPT season. The LPT also offers a few unofficial events such as Team Tournament, Side Games, The Gazebo Poker Tour (Summer League), LPT Online League and various other non-poker related games.
